Volcano de la Fornaise

A few days ago we got up early and drove up to the volcano. Via some very very impressive scenery. Lots more photos to come but our laptop has died so getting photos uploaded is a problem. But we did remember to take one with the itouch. It was a long hard walk, especially when we can only walk 40 foot in one direction!!

We are now waiting for a decent weather window to make our jump to south Africa. Even the professional weather routers don't reckon we should leave before Sunday. So until then we'll carry on enjoying Reunion.
